hiyo ambayo ipo maeneo ya

nje kidogo ya Dodoma mjini imegharimu takribani Tshs 1.5 Billion na
imejengwa na kampuni ya Pacha Building Construction Company. Hii inakuwa
nyumba ya kwanza rasmi ya Spika kwani hapo awali hapakuwahi kuwa na
nyumba rasmi ya Spika.
